I recently discovered leftover stock from previous pre-orders stored in a bin in my office. I have updated the website to reflect the available quantities for each item—some have only one left, while others have a few remaining. If you missed the pre-order or prefer not to wait for the next one, now is your chance to get a copy(s). Orders will be shipped within the same week. Flat-rate shipping is available for both domestic and international orders, with worldwide shipping subject to political conditions outside my control. I am willing to absorb some of the costs for international shipping if necessary, as I rather you receive the book. It means the world to me that you want one. This is limited supply. When a volume is sold out, its sold out till the next pre-order.
