Kicking off the month, week, and day with a daily warm-up practice sketch. For Cyber Monday, I decided to draw a robot, and then thought it’d be fun to tie it into the Frieren meme that’s been going around. Not sure if I nailed the dramatic upward angle from the meme, but I enjoyed using it as inspiration to create an original robot design, playing around with unique details, shapes, and parts. It’s a mix of Transformers vibes and Hajime Sorayama’s sci-fi fembots, while still keeping it recognizable as the Frieren meme. A bit loose and playful, but perfect for sparking creativity, building momentum, and warming up.
